Director, Human Resources, Business & People Partner

Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic HR partner to one or more senior executives
Actively engage business leaders to plan and execute effective business strategies that align with global people solutions priorities and drive business results
Leverage deep understanding of the business to translate and drive clear business-focused talent, engagement and organizational strategies that achieve business outcomes, using data to drive insights and actions
Drive the Sales & Consumer organizations talent agenda and provides leadership on talent management, including assessing, developing, coaching and rewarding global talent
Forge strong partnerships with teams across the People Experience ecosystem, including COE and other partners to identify and deliver fit for purpose solutions
Facilitate change management initiatives with a focus on culture, inclusion, leadership capabilities and engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
10-12+ years of experience in Human Resources or relevant experience with at least 4-6 years leading/managing teams
Demonstrates an inclusive leadership style with an emphasis on results and developing high performing team members
Experience working and navigating matrixed and global teams
Demonstrated success in developing cutting edge global strategy and driving process improvements in a global workplace
Experience leading transformation and change initiatives
Proven track record of influencing, leading and facilitating large scale strategic initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders
Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills, including strong presentation skills, across levels, with an ability to persuade and influence, and the ability to build alignment, enthusiasm, and commitment
Goal-oriented, proactive, accountable and passionate about driving results
Strong team leadership expertise in coaching and developing others toward future professional growth and learning
Strong business and financial acumen
An agile and continuous learner with personal resilience and an ability to deal with ambiguity
