Director of Demand Generation

FieldPulse is a fun, dedicated, and growing team that is building modern applications for field service businesses. The Director of Demand Generation will partner closely with the Head of Marketing to build a high-performing inbound engine that drives predictable pipeline and revenue while managing the Demand Gen team and overseeing the entire inbound marketing funnel.

Responsibilities

Own the entire demand gen funnel for new business (MQL → Pipeline → Revenue)
Develop and refine quarterly plans, forecasts, and revenue-focused demand strategies in partnership with the Head of Marketing
Continuously optimize funnel performance, audience targeting, messaging, and conversion rates
Provide strategic leadership across all paid channels (search, social, YouTube, retargeting)
Partner with the Sr. Paid Media Manager to guide testing, budgets, and performance improvements
Explore and validate new channel opportunities to expand inbound volume efficiently
Own email nurture and inbound sequences for new business
Lead targeted ABM campaigns, referral-driven programs, and inbound sales acceleration plays
Drive website and landing page optimization (with support from dev/agency partners)
Own experimentation frameworks for messaging, offers, and conversion improvements
Collaborate closely with a team here to support you across Content & Product Marketing, Design, RevOps, Sales and more

Required

6–10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or digital acquisition roles
Experience scaling successful inbound engines for SMB or mid-market audiences
Experience owning website performance and CRO
Strong understanding of Salesforce, GA4, attribution models, and performance analytics
Expertise in paid media strategy and multi-channel campaign development
Experience leading small teams and working cross-functionally with sales, RevOps, and creative teams
Highly data-driven, experimentation-minded, and comfortable owning pipeline targets
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment
Dallas-based (required)
