Partner Account Manager
ECC is a leading systems integrator and technology developer delivering mission-critical control and life-safety solutions. The Partner Account Manager – Imperium is responsible for expanding ECC’s Imperium partner ecosystem and driving revenue growth through partner engagement and pipeline creation.
Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners capable of driving Imperium revenue
Work directly with partners to identify, qualify, and advance sales opportunities
Drive consistent pipeline creation through partner engagement and sales strategy alignment
Support partners with sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development
Collaborate with internal teams to support pricing, technical alignment, and deal execution
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting within CRM tools
Participate in trade shows, partner events, and regional meetings to generate new opportunities
Provide market feedback and competitive insights to support channel and product growth
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or partner development
Proven ability to generate pipeline and drive revenue through partners
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Experience using CRM tools
Willingness to travel approximately 70%
Preferred
Experience with integrators, or dealer partners
Background in security, controls, or public safety technology
