Responsibilities
Oversee daily shop operations, assigning tasks and guiding mechanics through complex diagnostics and repairs
Perform advanced mechanical work, including troubleshooting, inspections, and system repairs
Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and manufacturer standards
Train, mentor, and support junior technicians to advance team capability
Review repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workshop environment
Monitor equipment condition and schedule maintenance or calibrations as needed
Address escalated service issues professionally and resolve them efficiently

Qualification
Required
Previous experience as a senior mechanic, technician lead, or shop foreman preferred
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems
Ability to lead a team with professionalism, clarity, and respect
Proficiency with repair software, diagnostic tools, and maintenance systems
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy workshop environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and peak periods
US work authorization is required
