Responsibilities

Development - Experience with geospatial software API's for data transformation and analysis:

Esri ArcPoly

GDAL

GeoPandas (optionally, PySAL or MovingPandas)

Data Automation - Experience with automating geospatial data workflows through tools like:

ArcGIS GeoEvent Server

ArcGIS Workflow Manager

Apache Nifi

Geospatial Databases/Datastores:

ArcGIS Enterprise Database

Postgres

GeoMesa

Experience with ETL tools such as SAFE FME

Qualification

Required

Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance level must currently possess

Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance level must be able to obtain

10 + years of related experience

US Citizenship Required

Bachelors Degree (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a closely related discipline)

5-10+ years' experience working with proprietary and open-source geospatial data formats

Experience with geospatial software API's for data transformation and analysis: Esri ArcPoly, GDAL, GeoPandas (optionally, PySAL or MovingPandas)

Experience with automating geospatial data workflows through tools like: ArcGIS GeoEvent Server, ArcGIS Workflow Manager, Apache Nifi

Experience with Geospatial Databases/Datastores: ArcGIS Enterprise Database, Postgres, GeoMesa

Experience with ETL tools such as SAFE FME

Required Technical Skill: Python

Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with active Polygraph
