Research and publication activities in the subject area
Teaching and assisting with examinations at Bachelor and Master level in Financial and Actuarial Mathematics
Supervision of students
Participation in and organization of scientific events
Participation in organizational and administrative tasks and in evaluation measures
Commitment to contributing to the acquisition of external research funding
Opportunity for habilitation is provided
Qualification
Required
Completed doctoral studies in Financial and Actuarial Mathematics, stochastic analysis, or a closely related field of mathematics
Familiarity with academic/scientific work
Experience with presentations
Advanced knowledge in the relevant subject area
Excellent command of English
Organizational and analytical skills and structured way of working
Interest and enthusiasm for research and working with students
Teamwork skills and problem-solving competence
Preferred
Teaching experience is advantageous
German language skills are advantageous
