Responsibilities
Providing direct support to Branch Heads and Branch members as well as NTWL initiatives and ensuring support for other NTWL branches as required
In addition to secretarial duties (filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements), this position will provide administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities to include budgeting, personnel records and payroll
May be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship is required
High School diploma or GED plus 5 years of experience
Active Secret Clearance on Day One with the ability to obtain and hold a TS/SAP clearance
Preferred
Knowledge of the NAVAIR travel system DTS (Defense Travel System)
Knowledge of DISS (Defense Information Security System)
Knowledge of CMP (Common Message Processor) system
Knowledge of BASICS II (Base Access Security Information Control System)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)
Two years of experience in office management, filing, and related office equipment operations
