Responsibilities

Drive adoption of Enphase solutions across Tier 1 hyperscalers and GPU cloud providers
Build and manage strategic relationships with decision-makers in electrical engineering, procurement, and infrastructure planning teams
Develop and execute account strategies for top hyperscale and AI computer operators
Position solid-state transformer technology as a critical enabler for high-density AI workloads and liquid-cooled rack architectures
Collaborate with engineering teams to align product capabilities with customer requirements for large-scale deployments (>50 MW)
Own revenue targets for Enphase conversion solutions in datacenter verticals and maintain accurate forecasting
Provide market intelligence to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

Required

BS degree or higher in Engineering or closely related discipline preferred
8+ years in strategic sales or business development within datacenter power infrastructure, electrical systems, or energy conversion technologies
Proven track record of selling complex solutions to hyperscalers, cloud providers, or large-scale compute operators
Strong understanding of medium voltage systems, power electronics, and datacenter electrical architecture (UPS, PDU, liquid cooling)
Familiarity with AI/GPU workload trends and their impact on power density requirements
Executive-level relationship management and ability to translate technical value propositions into business outcomes
Negotiation and contract structure for multi-million-dollar deals
Up to 20%-50% travel
