Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor and engagement champion for members and network communities

Design and launch data-informed, multi-channel strategies across web, mobile, and social platforms

Produce dynamic written, visual, video, and audio content in collaboration with global teams and member leaders

Activate member ambassadors and ignite community-driven momentum

Analyze engagement performance, gather insights, and optimize future initiatives

Partner cross-functionally to support events, programming, and flagship YPO offerings (Forum, Learning, Events, Strategic Partnerships)

Manage daily platform activity, community dialogue, and social presence within assigned networks
