Research, identify, and engage top talent across a variety of functions and levels
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and shape ideal candidate profiles
Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that reflects Brellium’s culture and value proposition
Track sourcing metrics, analyze outreach effectiveness, and recommend improvements to optimize pipeline quality
Qualification
Required
0–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or recruiting research — ideally in a high-growth environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with candidates and internal partners alike
You take initiative, think creatively about finding talent, and aren't daunted by complex or hard-to-fill roles
