The Park Party Host is responsible for creating memorable experiences by assisting families during parties, setting up decorations, entertaining children, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the amusement park.

Responsibilities
Greet party guests promptly and courteously, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere
Set up and maintain party tables, decorations, snacks, and supplies
Monitor assigned party areas to ensure guest satisfaction, including refilling drinks and snacks as needed
Interact with and entertain children in a safe, respectful, and engaging manner
Supervise party activities to ensure compliance with park rules, safety guidelines, and regulations
Identify and address potential safety hazards and notify management when necessary
Clean, sanitize, and reset party tables, chairs, and surrounding areas
Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of the facility as required
Qualification
Required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic, and sometimes noisy environment
Ability to interact positively with children and families
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members in English
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to work weekends and holidays, as required
Ability to move throughout the facility, including navigating play areas
Position may require wearing a mascot costume as part of entertainment duties
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
Frequent use of hands and arms for handling supplies and equipment
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Ability to tolerate a noisy and active environment
