Responsibilities

Lead CFD simulations for all active cooling systems
Design and optimize fans, heat sinks and flow paths for maximum efficiency and acoustic quality
Perform aeroacoustic modeling and NVH analysis to minimize noise and vibration
Build and validate CFD models for steady-state and transient flow simulations, and correlate these models through wind tunnel, bench, and acoustic chamber testing to improve prediction accuracy

Required

Expert knowledge of fluid dynamics, heat transfer and acoustic

Solid understanding of numerical modeling concepts
