Responsibilities

Develop and maintain documents to support the Deposit Services department including but not limited to process, procedures, user manuals, product summaries, and internal forms
Oversee informal and formal content reviews of process procedures and documents to ensure all materials remain current and compliant
Conduct monitoring on accurate use of impactful Deposit Services procedures that have compliance and regulatory implications, including but not limited to hold review, cashier’s check audits, vault and night drop dual control, and override audits
Support and participate in the launch of new initiatives and projects affecting Deposit Services
Monitor and respond to or escalate daily inquiries to Branch Operations email inbox
Manage Specialty Account product requests and complete client reach outs as needed
Review branch IRA transactions including year-end reporting
Draft and support the weekly Deposit Services Email communication needs
Maintain an understanding of security policies and procedures
Adhere to the bank’s policies, procedures, security requirements and government regulations including (but not limited to) BSA
Positively represent the bank in all interactions with clients, coworkers, and vendors

Qualification

Retail banking experienceMicrosoft Office proficiencyAnalytical skillsSharePoint experienceFiserv experienceClient service skillsOrganizational skillsTime management skillsCommunication skills

Required

3+ years retail banking experience, Account Executive experience is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner)
Superior client service skills
Strong analytical, technical, organizational, and time management skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred

Experience working in SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365 highly desirable
Fiserv and Integrated Teller experience preferred
