Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, ensuring it is clear, accurate, and up-to-date

Plan, create, and maintain courses for both developers and business users

Collaborate with software developers and solution architects to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with best practices

Actively engage with the Liferay community to identify learning gaps, gather feedback, and continuously improve all educational content

Required

2+ years of professional experience in technical writing, curriculum development, online publishing, or a similar role focused on creating educational content

Experience working in collaborative cross-functional environments that include technical and business facing team members

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred

Working knowledge of Markdown, Git, and GitHub

Ability to read and understand source code written in Java and/or JavaScript

Experience as a software developer in Java and/or JavaScript

Experience creating educational media (e.g., video, audio, graphics)

Experience helping others learn technical topics
