Responsibilities
Serves as a primary client liaison, delivering responsive phone and email support while managing onboarding, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining accurate CRM data, and strengthening long-term customer relationships
Initiates the sales pipeline by researching target markets, identifying prospects, and generating qualified leads through calls, email, and social outreach
Coordinates advance-scheduled and urgent interpreter requests for medical and social service appointments
Manages full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment application, collections, and resolution of billing inquiries
Oversees the recruiting and onboarding lifecycle for interpreters, ensuring proper credentialing, compliance, training coordination, and data accuracy to support operational readiness and service quality
Sources, screens, and secures qualified interpreters and translators across all languages
Provides video, phone, and in-person interpretation in Spanish, Dari, Pashto, Russian, Ukrainian, and other languages
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Spanish, Dari, Pashto, Russian, Ukrainian, or other languages

Ability to manage onboarding and resolve issues efficiently
Experience in customer service or related field
Strong communication skills for inbound and outbound calls
Ability to maintain accurate CRM data
Experience in accounts receivable and collections for Billing Specialist role
Ability to coordinate scheduling and manage high-volume calls for Scheduling Associate role
Experience in sourcing and screening candidates for Recruiter role
Ability to oversee recruiting and onboarding lifecycle for Interpreter Onboarding & Compliance Specialist role
