Partner Enablement Manager
Omniboost is focused on driving growth across their partner network, and they are seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to enable partners commercially and operationally. The role involves designing and executing enablement frameworks, developing partner assets, and ensuring effective communication with partners to drive success.

Responsibilities
Design and execute a structured partner enablement framework (onboarding, training, certification)
Develop partner enablement assets: playbooks, battlecards, demo guides, use-case narratives, and implementation overviews
Deliver partner enablement through webinars, lunch-and-learns, and partner sessions
Own partner communications through newsletters and product updates, both at scale and 1:1 with key partners
Keep the Salesforce partner database accurate to support pipeline management and forecasting
Support joint GTM motions with priority partners (campaigns, events, co-selling)
Work with Product to translate roadmap items, new features, and releases into partner-ready messaging
Serve as the first point of contact for partner questions and inquiries
Proactively drive partner happiness by staying close, checking in, and addressing needs early
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in partner enablement, partner management, sales enablement, or marketing roles within B2B SaaS
Proven ability to build and scale structured enablement programs
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Hospitality tech experience is a strong plus
