Customer Planning Manager
Kinder's is a top-five brand in multiple flavor categories, seeking a Customer Planning Manager to support commercial planning and sales forecasting for Walmart and Sam's Club. The role involves partnering with various teams to drive execution and profitable growth through analytics and insights.

Responsibilities
Support JBP development and execution through analytics, scenario modeling, planning inputs, and performance tracking
Build and maintain planning assumptions related to sales drivers, distribution changes, promotional activity, and innovation
Partner with Sales and Finance to ensure alignment between customer plans, financial targets, and operational constraints
Own customer-level sales forecasting, incorporating base sales, promotional lifts, distribution changes, and innovation timing
Support trade investment planning and forecasting, providing analytical recommendations on promotional timing, depth, and funding allocation
Manage planning and trade tools including Anaplan, Exceedra, Quest, and related systems
Lead post-event trade analysis, translating results into clear insights to inform future planning and investment decisions
Lead internal sales analytics requests for Walmart and Sam’s Club, partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams
Develop and deliver reporting focused on internal performance and execution, including: Shipments vs. forecast, Launch readiness and execution tracking, Trade promotion execution and compliance, Off-shelf / in-stock performance and issue identification
Create ad hoc analyses to support leadership decision-making and priority initiatives
Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to support new item launches, including sales forecasting, item setup, and execution tracking
Support customer-specific initiatives such as line reviews, innovation presentations, and key retailer meetings
Help improve planning processes, tools, and ways of working to increase clarity, speed, and accountability across the Walmart Inc. business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred)
7+ years of experience in CPG sales planning, commercial planning, or sales operations
Strong working knowledge of Walmart and/or Sam's Club planning, forecasting, and trade operations
Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Anaplan, Exceedra, Quest, or similar tools preferred
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Strong cross-functional partnership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel up to 10%
