Responsibilities

Partner with global business leaders on initiatives that focus on attracting, developing, and retaining talent aligned with the business strategy through talent management, talent acquisition, change management, performance management, etc

Drive organizational design and change management initiatives, including reorganization efforts that enable agility and future capability

Facilitate workforce planning and role redesign to support evolving business needs while maintaining employee engagement and retention

Coach and mentor senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, foster inclusive behaviors, and support effective decision-making during times of transformation

Manage and resolve complex employee relations and compliance issues through a logical and systematic approach

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher

9+ years of experience, in HR partner roles and working in a matrix environment

Experience with continuous improvement practices

Experience with reorganization change management to include merger and acquisition due diligence
