Responsibilities

Manage the purchasing lifecycle for IT hardware, software, and peripherals
Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all IT assets (computers, mobile devices, licenses, and accessories) from acquisition through deployment to retirement/disposal
Track software subscriptions and renewals to ensure compliance and avoid service interruptions; audit usage to optimize costs
Provide Tier 1-3 support for the corporate team, handling the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows and macOS operating systems
Administer network systems including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and manage hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls
Configure and maintain MDM solutions, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and SaaS applications to ensure security and efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of professional experience in IT support, system administration, or network management
Proven experience with IT procurement, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and hardware/software purchasing
Experience managing IT budgets and tracking asset inventory (ITAM)
Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems
Hands-on experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SaaS applications
Proven experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation

Preferred

Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
Experience with procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, NetSuite) or asset management software
Proven experience with advanced cybersecurity best practices and tools
Exposure to modern IT infrastructure concepts, including cloud services, virtualization, scripting/automation, and system monitoring
