Assistant Manager - Part Time

Responsibilities
Build strong tenant relationships by addressing inquiries, coordinating maintenance, touring office suites and managing move-ins/move-outs
Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for all tenants
Support community events
Handle administrative tasks, including leasing paperwork, billing, and vendor coordination
Oversee tenant package deliveries and ensure timely delivery
Conduct daily property walks, keeping our spaces clean, organized, and inviting
Manage tenant insurance compliance
Provide comprehensive support to building management in all aspects of the business
Qualification
Required
Sales skills
Customer service experience
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask
Willingness to travel between locations as needed
Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Sheets, and mobile apps)
Excellent communication & teamwork abilities
Valid driver's license & personal vehicle
Preferred
Experience in property management, coworking spaces, or office administration
