Responsibilities

Own and define strategy, vision and roadmap for data collection platform
Engage researchers, scientists and engineers early and often to iteratively define product specifications
Define the business metrics to measure the impact of the platform features
Balance among customer experience, performance and operational support load
Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
Engage users in iteratively test and rollout features across AGI and other Amazon teams

Required

8+ years of technical product or program management experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
MBA Preferred
