Responsibilities
Lead the design of electrical systems on medium to large-scale, complex projects across sectors such as entertainment and commercial
Mentor and supervise junior staff and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, leveraging your experience at local, regional, and global levels
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful project delivery and foster repeat business
Prepare drawings, specifications, technical reports, and presentation materials, incorporating sustainable design methods in buildings
Present technical material in traditional and innovative ways for review by technical and non-technical audiences
Participate in local Professional Associations
Ensure quality standards, commercial metrics, and client satisfaction for projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical or architectural engineering
Minimum 6 years of experience designing electrical systems for buildings or infrastructure projects
Ability to lead the electrical discipline as lead electrical designer for projects with strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working
Experience with 3D BIM software – preferably Revit MEP
Preferred
Experience with power system modeling using SKM or similar software
Professional Engineering License in US
