Responsibilities
Oversee and manage engineering projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and verify that work aligns with approved designs
Prepare detailed engineering designs and plans in accordance with client needs and industry standards
Ensure all project activities comply with local, state, and federal safety and regulatory standards
Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams
Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions to maintain project momentum
Provide expert recommendations to improve project efficiency and overall effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
Proven proficiency in Civil Engineering and Construction Management
Strong skills in preparing detailed designs and plans
Deep understanding of safety and regulatory standards within the engineering and construction sectors
Excellent coordination and interpersonal communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
Preferred
Previous experience in the construction or engineering industry is highly preferred
