Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and secure digital investment products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences and robust application architectures
Act as the in-country SME for the Digital technology stack and work closely with internal and external stakeholders
Implement intuitive, responsive user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Develop and maintain high-performance Java-based applications and microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
Design and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems
Participate in the full software development lifecycle: planning, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment
Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality
Mentor junior developers and promote continuous learning within the team
Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to strategic planning and innovation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in full stack development
Strong expertise in: Front-End: Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Strong expertise in: Back-End: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful APIs
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development practices
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and software architecture best practices
Proficient in version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience in financial services, investment management, or fintech
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS)
Experience with testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, JUnit)
