In this role, you will oversee daily stockroom operations, ensuring materials are managed efficiently and production schedules are met while leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Lead daily stockroom operations to support production demands
Supervise and mentor stockroom staff, fostering accountability and growth
Ensure precise receipt, labeling, storage, and issuance of materials
Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using ERP/MRP systems
Partner with production planners and buyers to guarantee material availability
Conduct cycle counts and audits, resolving discrepancies quickly
Enforce safety protocols and 5S standards to keep operations lean and safe
Optimize material flow to reduce waste and boost efficiency
Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams on non-conforming materials
Generate and analyze inventory reports to fuel continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical training preferred
3+ years of inventory or warehouse operations experience in manufacturing
Proven leadership skills in a team-driven environment
Proficiency with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material planning
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment (certification preferred)
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Associate degree or technical training
Certification to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
