Government Contracts Attorney - Senior Counsel

The attorney will handle sophisticated matters including bid protests and will be responsible for leading projects, managing litigation, and developing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Significant experience handling bid protest matters before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) as lead attorney
Deep knowledge and understanding of the FAR and DFARS, and regulatory compliance counseling expertise
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and litigation, supervise attorneys, and develop client relationships
Experience with False Claims Act investigations, cybersecurity, mandatory disclosures, suspension and debarment, and prime-sub negotiations and disputes
Other highly relevant areas of experience include GSA Schedules, intellectual property rights, M&A diligence, claims and disputes, trade controls, and grants
Prior clerkship at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims is a plus

Required

10+ years of government contracts experience in the federal government, private practice, and/or industry
Significant experience handling bid protest matters before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) as lead attorney
