Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, OR five years progressive HR experience
Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving employee relations matters
Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and FLSA
Proficiency with HRIS systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office applications
