Sr. PLM System Specialist

Fluidra North America is focused on developing innovative products and solutions for the pool markets globally. The Sr. PLM System Specialist will enhance existing methods and workflows, and design scalable Aras solutions to support Fluidra’s product lifecycle and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Participate and/or understands requirements by going through specification documents and with inputs from the technical lead/senior manager
Perform impact analysis and create design specifications as per high-level design
Create unit test plan to develop and validate applications as per requirements
Develop code with high quality and performance
Ensure timely delivery and excellent quality of the deliverables
Should be technology agnostic and understand the emerging technologies and applicability around the Aras platform
Follow best practices, standards, and documentation
Assist in training programs for users or critical stakeholders
Should be up to date on Aras solutions

Required

4+ years of PLM implementation experience
Experience in any of the following industries: Manufacturing, Automotive, Semi-conductors, Consumer Products, High Tech Electronics, Aerospace
Excellent Technical skills: C#, .NET or ASP.NET, html5, CSS, JS
Excellent Technical skills: in either XML or AML, SQL
Working knowledge of AGILE software development methodologies (e.g., SCRUM)
Hands-on experience with Aras PLM Innovator performing configuration and customization integrations at the enterprise level is strongly desired
Excellent communication, fluent in English, and should be able to interact with clients in a clear & precise manner
Ability to work in teams
Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
