Responsibilities

Lead the store operations and are responsible for achieving overall performance goals including sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development

Encourage creativity in hiring great associates, in marketing HoneyBaked and in community outreach

Reward GMs who reach goals and live our Values through a generous bonus program that shares in store profitability

Execute a business plan and manage P&L effectively

Identify and develop awesome talent and coach staff effectively

Required

Current GM from a retail or restaurant environment

Great coaching skills

Ability to identify and develop talent

Experience hiring seasonal workers

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing up to 65 lbs

Ability to work with a hot torch
