Qualification
Required
Accredited program in alignment with licensure requirements

Current applicable license in the state of practice in one of the following: Registered Nurse (RN) preferred, Respiratory Therapist (RRT, CRT), Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Medical Technologist (one of the following): Blood Banking (ASCP_BB), Chemistry (ASCP_C), Cytogenetics (CYGT), Hematology (ASCP_H), Microbiology (ASCP_M), Molecular Biology (ASCP_MB), Medical Lab Scientist (ASCP_MLS), Medical Technologist (ASCP_MT or AMT_MT)
