Qualification
Required
Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to meet aggressive deadlines
Expertise in restaurant-level budgeting processes and cost-control strategies
Solid understanding of food cost and controllable expense management, including labor forecasting and scheduling
Knowledge of HR/payroll systems, labor allocation methodologies, and operational best practices
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, and Tableau
Ability to interpret and apply profitability models, labor models, and operational standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and leadership teams
High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
Support new initiatives, pilots, or process improvement projects
Minimum: 2+ years in Ops Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Finance, or related field
Ability to read, analyze and interpret written information such as procedure manuals, Company communications or governmental regulations
Ability to Travel may be required to attend off-site training, meetings, and seminars
Ability to sit for prolonged periods in one location which may be restricted to the employee's workstation
Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
Preferred
Familiarity with workforce management systems; specialized training preferred
BA/BS in MIS, Math, Statistics, or Business preferred
