Responsibilities
Align with Product & Delivery leadership to prioritize product backlog
Define product functionality and write detailed user stories/epics with end-user empathy
Manage sprints: planning, review, and acceptance of completed work
Apply Agile methods to encourage disciplined software development and frequent inspection
Articulate product vision and user stories clearly to teams and clients
Deliver product acceptance criteria and ensure quality delivery
Drive Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and roadmap execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree; 2–5 years of related experience
Technical background with backend integrations, APIs, and scalable solutions
Experience with Agile Scrum methodology and process management
Proven ability to manage complex rollouts with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)
Comfortable working across distributed teams
Fluent written and oral communication in English
Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
