Responsibilities
Bank account reconciliations and initiate cash transfers/wires for payments
Monthly property accruals and amortization schedules
Monthly property reports and supporting schedules
Year-end accruals
Review property general ledger accounts
Communicate and collaborate with property management team regarding financial matters
Prepare monthly management fee calculations
Respond to requests and questions from portfolio finance teams
On-board new property assignments
Certify rent rolls and ensure rent payments are posted timely and accurately
Maintaining multiple basis general ledgers for a portfolio of approx. 25+ assets
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
3-5 years experience required
Property management real estate experience
Strong analytical skills required
Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and ensure accuracy of work
Strong excel and data management skills required
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
