Retail Market HR Business Partner

Responsibilities
Consults on the design, implementation, and integration of organization-wide staffing, employee development, organizational design, and performance and change management programs and initiatives
Assisting managers and employees with all human resources and employee relations issues
Monitoring the effectiveness of all HR policies, practices and processes to determine efficiency and effectiveness. Recommending areas of improvement to achieve and deliver higher quality services
Partnering with business area managers in the development of solutions for employee related issues that affect business results
Monitoring various HR trends within area of responsibility by preparing and analyzing reports from employee data. Presenting analysis and recommendations to managers and working to develop action plans for addressing identified HR issues
Qualification
Required
5+ years of industry-relevant experience
University / college degree or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
