Responsibilities
Investigate & Resolve: Research deductions, identify root causes, and determine next steps to clear them
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Credit, and Customer Operations to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
Analyze Trends: Spot patterns in deductions and share insights to prevent future issues
Ensure Accuracy: Validate trade deductions against promotional contracts and proof of performance requirements
Drive Process Improvements: Partner with your team to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
Qualification
Required
Two-year accounting degree or equivalent experience
3+ years in accounts receivable with a focus on deduction resolution, collections, and problem-solving
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency with multiple systems (HighRadius, CAS, JDE)
Customer-focused with tactful communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
