Responsibilities
Based on the market competition situation, user demands and brand positioning, clarify product requirements and propose specific product plans, including product positioning, target audience, market goals, styling direction, size, performance goals, etc
Participate in the upgrade and development of the product, as well as the improvement of the type spectrum, etc
Undertake the product competitiveness definition, product attribute definition, etc. of the target vehicle model
Manage the life cycle of current products and formulate product improvement plans based on product competitiveness and the situation of competing products
Continuously study the development trends of cutting-edge industry technologies and provide product analysis and suggestions
Study market dynamics and the development of competing products, participate in product-related research and user studies, and provide directions and ideas for product improvement
Qualification
Required
More than 3 years of R&D experience in the construction machinery industry
Have a relatively in-depth understanding of the construction machinery industry, its segmented markets and customers
At least have followed the entire process of a generation of products from the concept stage to mass production
Be familiar with the product development process of construction machinery, including product planning and defining related processes
Be familiar with the methods of configuration competitiveness analysis
Possessing a high degree of market sensitivity and user-oriented thinking, as well as excellent user analysis and insight capabilities
Preferred
Master's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, hydraulics, control, vehicle engineering or related fields is preferred
Those with experience in the development of excavators or yellow machinery are preferred
