Responsibilities

Leading a team of highly skilled Inventory Integrity Specialists
Overseeing a team that serves AHF’s mission by acting as the subject matter expert on all aspects of pharmaceutical inventory management
Providing administrative oversight through communication of best practices as well as cooperation with various departments
Ensuring the right drug is located in the right pharmacy at the right time for all of our patients
Understanding and disseminating all required information related to the inventory features of the pharmacy management system
Utilizing an understanding of the financial reporting structure related to pharmacy inventory
Maximizing inventory across the company in a manner that reduces the total amount to only what is absolutely necessary
Bringing cost effectiveness and efficiency to the forefront of the position

Required

Experience in pharmaceutical inventory management
Ability to lead and manage a team
Strong communication skills
Understanding of pharmacy management systems
Knowledge of financial reporting related to pharmacy inventory
