Responsibilities

Help define long-term strategic targets and drive their implementation by breaking them into achievable short-term objectives in a highly dynamic environment
Take ownership of planning, controlling, accounting, and reporting activities of the plant
Lead the month-end closing process, including the preparation of journal entries for revenue and cost accruals
Oversee expansion projects from a commercial standpoint, including comparing business plans and functioning as a gatekeeper to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Manage CAPEX projects from conceptualization through approvals, PO, delivery, payment, and capitalization
Drive innovation by standardizing and digitalizing existing processes

Required

BS in Accounting or Finance
4 plus years of experience as a team lead/supervisor, with a proven track record of developing and leading teams/individuals
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred

In depth knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) and a strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting process
Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or KNIME
