Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed GICP project schedules, ensuring all activities are planned and tracked effectively in Primavera (P6) database
Perform weekly schedule updates, variance reports, and schedule integrity checks
Prepare and present regular project schedule status reports, highlighting any deviations from the plan and recommending corrective actions
Implement and oversee project control processes and tools to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection and reporting
Process subsequent changes following an integrated change control process
Maintain and produce weekly schedule reports regarding project metrics and resource loading and communicate to the team /project stakeholders
Work with Schedulers / Project Controllers / PMs to develop sandbox "what if" scenarios and analyze for milestone and labor hour impacts and communicate to team
Maintain project documentation including P6 baselines and historical records
Collaborate with GICP and project teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and decision-making
Qualification
Required
3+ years of project controls experience with increased levels of complexity
Knowledge and skill in project schedule and associated tools (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP)
Experience working with large datasets
