They are seeking a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll modules to provide support for payroll application enhancements, testing, and operational support.

Responsibilities

Provide techno-functional support for PeopleSoft Payroll modules, including configuration, testing, and enhancements
Analyze payroll-related issues, perform incident resolution, and support system upgrades and enhancements
Execute and support unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) in Agile environments
Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and defect documentation
Perform integration testing and data validation across interfacing systems
Analyze payroll data and reports to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
Produce and maintain documentation including functional requirements, process flows, system diagrams, defect logs, and status reports
Collaborate with functional users, developers, and project leadership to deliver high-quality payroll system solutions
Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure system changes meet business and compliance requirements

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting PeopleSoft applications
Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Payroll modules
Demonstrated experience in testing methodologies, including functional, integration, and UAT
Experience supporting incident resolution, enhancements, and upgrades
Strong SQL and PeopleSoft Query skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong documentation and communication skills
Experience working in Agile development environments
Prior experience supporting PeopleSoft Payroll within the public sector
Experience with ERP implementation or modernization initiatives
