Responsibilities

Installing converting equipment
Programming, and troubleshooting running equipment
Help evaluate, assemble, and maintain various electronic devices and types of electrical equipment
Troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment
Reading electrical blueprints
Using common tools and techniques to resolve issues
Installation of new equipment

Qualification

PLC platformsElectrical blueprintsTroubleshootingAutomation degreeCommunication skills

Required

Ability to travel up to 60% servicing North American customers
Experience in the converting field and or a minimum of a two-year degree in Automation and or electrical controls schooling
Ability to read blueprints
Understand various PLC platforms, drives, and HMI's
Perform diagnostic assessments
Use a variety of tools and techniques to ensure that the equipment that they're working on is functioning optimally
Good communication skills with customers and other colleagues
