Responsibilities

Implements and oversees risk management policies and procedures that deliver meaningful reduction in long-term enterprise risk

Crafts and delivers executive-level presentations to guide alignment

Analyzes market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance the competitive position of the organization

Collaborates with multiple departments through workshops and brainstorming sessions to facilitate interactive discussions that stimulate creativity and collaboration

Conducts reviews and performance assessments to evaluate and provide feedback on strategic risk management outcomes

Creates a strategic risk management framework that defines timelines, milestones, and deliverables throughout the risk management process

Required

7 years work experience

Demonstrated analytical or finance experience

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or other analytical discipline

Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills

Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

Master's degree in analytical field, MBA, JD or equivalent

Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical delivery, pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry

Significant experience working with Underwriting, Legal, contracting and requests-for-proposals (RFPs)
