Responsibilities
Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction within the Fintech/Money space
Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities, inspiring teams and stakeholders
Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and research peers, pushing the product forward and inventing new ways for people to express ideas and design together
Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, while also providing thoughtful feedback for others to do their best work
Design and ship high-quality product improvements that directly impact the financial well-being of millions
Mentor and inspire other designers, fostering a culture of craft and innovation
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in product design, with a compelling portfolio showcasing your leadership and impact in Fintech or a similar domain
A track record of independently driving design processes from discovery through launch — balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
Fluency in interaction design and prototyping, to express and refine nuanced design decisions
The ability to guide decision-making with structured thinking, clearly articulated rationale, and user-centered research
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate thought processes to stakeholders
