Responsibilities
Develop and execute the implementation plan in accordance with the signed SOW
Create, manage, and maintain ProjectPlace or AgilePlace workspace as the primary collaboration tool between Planview and the customer
Own, manage and drive on-time and quality engagement delivery within your team and with your customers
Responsible for service delivery quality during engagements and for ensuring a high-quality experience for the customer
Proactively manage accurate revenue forecasts for assigned portfolio; support weekly and ad hoc forecast review processes
Manage assigned engagements within planned margin; proactively identify and escalate potential outliers
Become a trusted business advisor to your team, our customers, and internal/external sponsors
Expertly and professionally address day-to-day challenges when dealing with customers, including conflict resolution, trouble shooting, and resolution of customer issues
Proactively document and maintain formal risk, issue and change management logs; define and manage remediation plans, and escalate to customer Steering Committee and PV LT as appropriate
Work with peers to manage Planview resource utilization and assignments to maximize throughput, revenue, and margin targets
Oversee delivery alignment between Planview and our customers, while guiding the customer to successful achievement of their capability roadmap with Planview
Manage customer escalations across organization, playing quarterback to resolve customer issues with cross-functional Planview teams
Proactively work with Planview leaders to drive necessary improvements in value delivery (product and services)
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to drive value-based conversations with senior stakeholders
Self-starter with strong organization and time management skills
Significant experience working with C-level stakeholders
Experience leading a diverse team with technical and business skillsets
Experience with business process analysis
Experience deploying lean-agile and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions
Experience with P&L ownership and margin responsibilities
Experience with customer escalations and resolutions
Minimum 4 years' experience in traditional project management, resource and planning methodologies, PMP certification a plus
Experience excelling in a high-paced environment with the ability to shift work activities based on evolving priorities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management of Information Science, or Business (or related degree) or demonstrated relevant experience
Broad understanding of software implementation and consulting practices
Minimum 2 years' experience in Agile and Lean based practices a plus
The role will function as a billable resource with utilization target incentives that are paid out quarterly
Some overnight travel may be required
Preferred
Preferred experience with Planview solutions - Planview Portfolios, AgilePlace, ProjectPlace, IdeaPlace, Changepoint, Daptiv, Clarizen
Preferred 4 years in a consultative, customer-facing role: project manager, sales engineer, consulting, training, etc
Agile certifications a plus, (i.e. SAFe Agilist, SPC, LPM, CSM, CPO, PMI-ACP, etc.)
