You thrive in a high-velocity environment, maintaining a daily cadence of 100+ points of contact
You take pride in 'filling the bucket,' consistently aiming for a fair and reasonable new MRR goal weekly through a mix of new acquisitions and follow-up closes
You recognize that the fortune is in the 5th, 6th, and 7th touchpoints
You track every lead with clinical persistence until the deal is done
You maintain a 'Gold Standard' CRM and embrace AI as a tool to help you get your job done, but not replace you
Your notes are functional, your tasks are not overdue, and your pipeline is a source of truth
You work hand-in-hand with our marketing team, using their 3x weekly content drops as 'reasons to call' and providing them feedback from the front lines to sharpen our message
You view a 'No' as a request for more information
You hate 'garbage data' and believe in religious neatness when it comes to your CRM and your workspace
You are a solo operator on the phone but a 'culture-add' in the office
