Responsibilities

Develop Test Plans: Designs and implements comprehensive test strategies to evaluate product functionality and performance against specifications

Execute Testing Procedures: Conducts systematic testing activities to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards

Analyze Test Data: Interprets test results to assess product reliability and recommends appropriate improvements

Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Works closely with design and development teams to resolve technical issues and enhance product quality

Provide Technical Support: Offers informal guidance and assistance to junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and team effectiveness

Required

4year Bachelors BS OR 8+ years equivalent experience

Aerospace or similar lab testing experience

Experience with mechanical vibration theory and testing, particularly with electrodynamic shakers

Experience with environmental, structural, HALT/HASS, or vibration testing

Data acquisition, control system, and operator interface/HMI programming experience (LabVIEW, Veristand, MTS, GAP, or similar)

Experience with automated test controls and/or mechanical test system designs

Experience with electrical wiring or circuit schematic design

Experience with hydraulics or fluid power systems

All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR and EAR or possess all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State Department and the U.S. Department of Commerce
