Responsibilities
Facilitate seamless integrations between PMS, POS, and accounting software, ensuring that each customer is set up for success from day one
Assist in troubleshooting integration challenges, leveraging your expertise to find creative, effective solutions that keep clients satisfied and operations running smoothly
Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their concerns and needs are communicated clearly and addressed promptly within the team
Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure that customer feedback and integration insights are used to drive improvements in our products and services
Solve technical issues in collaboration with our technical team, always going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
Actively contribute to improving customer support processes and finding ways to delight customers at every opportunity
Document solutions and share knowledge within the team to improve efficiency and service quality
Qualification
Required
Strong passion for working in the hospitality and/or service industry and pride in providing exceptional service
Desire to deliver above-and-beyond support and happiness to our customers
Experience in the hospitality and/or service industry – you understand the industry and are passionate about making it better
Strong communication skills in English, and being fluent in German is a bonus
Independent, proactive, and focused on meeting customer needs
Preferred
Accounting knowledge is a big plus
