Recruiting Specialist Bilingual Spanish Speaking

They are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Recruiting Specialist to lead full cycle recruitment efforts, develop recruitment strategies, and engage with candidates to grow their caregiver team.

Responsibilities
Builds talent pipelines by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of reactive and proactive recruiting techniques
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements
When applicable, arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks
Meets and/or exceeds Recruiting Department and overall Organizational goals

Qualification
Required
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
Professional communication and organization skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license
Access to insured and reliable transportation
High School Diploma or GED
One (1) to two (2) years of previous home care experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field
Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Experience with independent contractor (1099) registries is a plus, especially in onboarding, credentialing, and compliance management
