The Product Analyst will support the growth of their proprietary specialty insurance platform by collaborating with product managers and engineers, defining product requirements, and conducting user research.

Responsibilities
Work closely with product managers and engineers to support carrier integrations and other third-party API integrations
Assist in defining product requirements and writing functional documentation
Monitor feature adoption and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities
Conduct user research, usage analysis, and competitive research to inform product decisions
Perform QA testing, track bugs, and help triage production issues
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in a product, business analyst, or other related role
Curiosity and willingness to learn
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with technology and working with data; Highly proficient in Excel
Preferred
Consulting, Banking, and/or insurance industry experience
Experience with SQL and database tools
