Responsibilities

Developing and refining metrics reporting for leadership meetings to ensure decision-makers have accurate and timely information
Conducting ad hoc data analysis to uncover insights, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of our GTM processes
Supporting the implementation of new systems and technologies that improve data collection and analysis capabilities
Assisting in the development and refinement of GTM strategies through detailed, data-driven analysis
Take ownership of data analysis and reporting for all GTM activities, ensuring stakeholders have the insights needed to make informed decisions
Identify and implement process improvements across GTM operations to support scaling and efficiency
Work closely with leadership to understand their data needs and deliver reports that aid in strategic planning and performance measurement
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and how they might impact our GTM strategies, ensuring that Retool remains competitive and responsive to market changes
Develop interactive dashboards, reports, apps, and visualizations to provide insights and make recommendations
Support executives by understanding their business challenges and delivering relevant analysis
Conduct business stakeholder interviews to ascertain business problems. Use advanced data visualizations techniques to provide concise and compelling summary of analysis findings in reports and presentations
QA and validate new and existing visualizations and analytics for proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements
Develop meaningful KPIs from the data
Adept at presenting insights and analyses to any level of an organization

Required

At least 3 years of experience building dashboards with Retool, Looker, Tableau or similar data visualization tool
Excellent communicator with creative data storytelling and delivering insights
Experience in the design and development of BI reporting and analytics
Expertise creating Salesforce reports and dashboards
Experience with Google Analytics, Segment, or similar web analytics tool
Ability to work in a time sensitive environment and multi-task
Demonstrated knowledge writing and editing MS SQL queries
Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Preferred

Background in Digital or B2B Marketing desirable
